Hi guys!! Ok sorry for the title I am legit on cloud 9 right now I can't even explain it. I feel amazing and just yessssssss OK so you're confused because you have NO IDEA what I'm talking about Well I am doing a project for school comparing two companies business strategy & compensation policy Boring I KNOW! Well today I have the pleasure of talking on the phone with this lovely man

Well that my friends is Blake Nordstrom the President of Nordstrom, Inc. YUP! That's him! and I had the pleasure of speaking with him on a phone call Here's how it went down Doing my project and I need more info that just isn't out there Decide to go into my Store Directory on MyNordstrom.com and search for emails I wind up on the Nordstrom brothers email and think "Heck why not! Let's email the president and see what happens" I thought at best I'd get a representative responding or something. NOPE 2 hours later I get an email back, as if we're already friends, telling me he'd love to help but he's on his way to LAX and will be back in the office tomorrow, oh and here's my personal line!! So ask him what time is best and plan to call at 10  10:01 (because I don't want to be pretentious) the phone is ringing He answers "Hello there" as if  a. he knows it's me and b. we're friends (I wish!) We talked for about 30 minutes and it was amazing I am truly in awe. he is so sweet down to earth friendly, caring, rich but amazing he congratulated me on graduation and wished me luck on my paper ooommggg im in awe

It was THE best. Clearly he really knows how to give the best customer service all around and I truly believe that the Nordstrom brothers being in charge is exactly why they're successful.  I learned a lot and even some about other companies. BLESSED!!!!
