Friend-spiration.

This is my new blog word. I think everyone should adopt it, love it, and use it.
This type of journey is great for yourself, but way better with someone to do it with
This person is just one more person that will keep you on track, hold you accountable and best of all congratulate you when you hit a new milestone in weight loss.
Your person you can discuss the latest losses with and high five when you've done good!
This person will also give you the "it's just a lb don't give up" speech when you need it most.
This person will be the one you can turn to when it gets really difficult
and best of all this person will be the one you can laugh daily with...

I want everyone reading this to know that even if you DON'T have a "friend-spiration" near you or if you want another one, I will be that person. I am a normal girl. Somedays I go up a pound, some days I lose 1+ lbs. Sometimes I work out hardcore and sometimes I slack off a little bit. I have bad meals and great meals. I'm human.

So PLEASE do NOT hesitate to email me ANY time of the day. Obviously if I'm sleeping (I'm on Pacific Standard Time) it might be a little hard to respond, but I will get back to you as soon as I wake up. I want to be your support if you don't have local support. Ask me the silliest questions, vent to me about your tough day, or brag about your great day! I want to hear it all. So let me be your "Friend-spiration" even if we never "meet".
