Alright well I realized it's been a while since I posted anything to do with food!
So I thought I'd share with you what I made as a side dish last night.

They were soooo yummy!!!
They're suuuuuper simple too!
Place in egg wash of 2 egg whites
Then dip in mixture of (bread crumbs, garlic salt, pepper, parm cheese, and season salt)
Place on baking sheet, 450* oven, 7 mins each side.
Ooooh boy yummy!
(so I used the recipe but added a couple things extra)
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
2 tbsp fat free Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, crushed
I added: Garlic Powder & Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning to taste
I hope you try and like them because they were sooooooooooooo good!
And seems like a good way to get kids to eat veggies?
