*Waves* Hi lovely Readers! 

I'm Sarah and I blog over at Life in a Break Down before I go too far I have to warn you I'm a blogger with a problem - and that problem is talking about myself so this could go great or it could be a utter bomb who knows, but I guess that's a slight insight into me already - things just do what they do, good or bad, I roll with the punches.

Well it's my motivational picture - it's where I want to get back to - right now I need to lose weight, having suffered from mobility problems I piled on the pounded and with exercise being out the question, I'm trying dieting and cognitive ways of getting back to me. 

That's Morphman AKA Ash - my crazy other half, he hates having his picture taken thus the get up, you can't see his face so it's ok ;).

Oh and by the way were English - though I'm sure the picture might have given you an idea. We were celebrating the jubilee and all things British - and what better way to do it is there than dressing the man in your life in a morphsuit and wig and the covering him in flags! 

And then you have our pets.

Artie the Syrian Hamster, he was an interior designer in a previous life, I'm often found holding conversations with him late at night - I talk he squeaks it works well.

Sally the Alsatian X Collie - she's my nursemaid, when my depressions bad she will act the clown and turn my frown upside down. 

Robbie the Roborovski Hamster - I think he should have been on Jackass, he likes to head dive of the top level of his cage onto the bottom. I think he's on life 1001.

We live in Lichfield a small city in the middle of England, full of history from it medieval cathedral to being the birthplace of Samuel Johnson, and home of Erasmus Darwin and Anna Seward. The city contains over 230 listed buildings (I love history can you tell). Although there's not much to do in the city itself we aren't far from the second city of Birmingham, and we have trains linking straight through to London. 

So there's a small glimpse into my life I've hope you've enjoyed it and huge thank you to Katie for giving me a chance to share it with you :).
